Shantanam leads Finance and Operations for WorldBeing IndiaFoundation. He is a qualified chartered accountant with extensive expertise inthe Non-Profit sector. His areas of specialization are financial management,governance, internal reviews, and cost control and rationalizing systems andprocedures. He also has worked in the areas of procurement, administrativearrangement, and Human Resources.

Prior to joining WorldBeing, Shantanam served in leadershiproles at various organizations including PSI India, American India Trust, RajivGandhi Charitable Trust and WHO for the National Polio SurveillanceProject.

Shantanam resides in Noida, India with his wife and son.
