Nidhi Lamba

National Lead - Instructional Design

Nidhi Lamba serves as WorldBeing India's National Lead - Instructional Design. Nidhi began her journey in education as a Teach For India Fellow and staff alumnus, where her classroom and community experiences sparked a deep commitment to equity, student well-being, and systemic change. With over a decade of experience across urban and rural India, she has coached educators, mentored social entrepreneurs, and supported non-profit organizations in designing and leading large-scale programs from the ground up. She has led student leadership initiatives and developed social-emotional learning and life skills curriculum and training for various organizations. At Heritage International Xperiential School, she led the Social Emotional Learning department, and most recently at Agrasar, she spearheaded a national campaign to eliminate corporal punishment in schools. Her work is grounded in the belief that everyone, including children, educators and communities can learn and thrive when met with safety, dignity and care. Nidhi is an ICF-certified coach and a certified Narrative Therapist from Children First and the Dulwich Centre, Australia.
