Gunjika Misra

Manager – Learning, Monitoring & Evaluation

As Manager – Learning, Monitoring & Evaluation (LME) at Worldbeing India Foundation, Gunjika Misra brings over 16 years of experience in program leadership, research, and strategic M&E implementation. She plays a key role in implementing LME frameworks, shaping evidence-driven strategies, overseeing program outcomes, and embedding learning across programmatic interventions.

Previously, Gunjika served in leadership roles with Catholic Relief Services, Piramal Swasthya, and CARE India, where she managed large-scale international, national and state-level projects funded by global donors such as BMGF, UNICEF, and USAID.


Experienced in designing scalable MEAL systems, facilitating LME workshops, and guiding in-house and third-party evaluations, Gunjika has also authored peer-reviewed publications.


Gunjika holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Health and Hospital Management from IIHMR, and a M.Sc. in Biotechnology from Jamia Millia Islamia. Her work is grounded in a commitment to social justice, data-informed decision-making, and sustainable development.
