Abigail Russo

Abigail Russo serves as WorldBeing’s Director of Instructional Innovation and Design. In this role, she oversees learning strategy and team capacity building for the organization in partnership with colleagues in India, Kenya, and Rwanda. Abigail is driven by a passion for supporting others to achieve their goals and thrive in their work. Whether at a worksite in Boston or a hospital in Addis Ababa, she is primarily concerned with listening to what end users need and designing curricula and training accordingly. Over the past 10+ years she has managed a diverse suite of global health and professional development initiatives spanning the academic, non-profit, government, corporate, and grassroots sectors. Most recently, she worked as a learning consultant to propose and design innovative educational solutions to help clients train safe and competent employees.

Abigail holds a master’s degree in International Education Policy from Harvard University and a B.A. in Psychology from Washington University in St. Louis.
