We are proud to share WorldBeing’s 2024–2025 Impact Report, a reflection of the progress made in partnership with governments, schools, and communities — and a look ahead at the future we are building together.

Reaching More Students and Teachers

Since our founding, WorldBeing has reached nearly 1 million students and teachers across India, Kenya, and Rwanda. Our work is increasingly embedded into the systems that shape how young people learn, ensuring that wellbeing is not just an add-on, but at the center of their growth and development.

A Closer Look at Impact

Here are a few highlights from the report:

  • For students: In India, girls in our programs were 6.9x more likely to attend school during menstruation, reflecting greater agency and opportunity.
  • For schools: In Kenya, classrooms with Youth First saw a 21.5% drop in punitive discipline, showing how wellbeing transforms daily learning environments.
  • For systems: In Rwanda, we are co-developing with the government and our partners, a national Social and Emotional Learning framework, embedding wellbeing into education policy for sustainable change.

Building Global Momentum

Beyond country-level milestones, WorldBeing expanded partnerships with governments and grew its Community of Practice to 19 members spanning nine countries. Our work was also featured in 32 media stories and shared at 16 global events, reflecting a growing recognition that wellbeing is central to the future of education.

Looking Ahead

The years ahead are focused on deeper integration and broader reach. Our vision is to:

  • Integrate wellbeing into national curricula in at least two additional countries
  • Reach 30 million students, 535,000 teachers, and 50,000 schools by 2030
  • Share learning across LMICs to strengthen global systems of wellbeing

Together, we are embedding wellbeing into education systems so that every young person has the opportunity to learn, grow, and thrive.
