Tracy Peterson

Tracy Peterson, Vice President of Global Learning for Hitachi Vantara, has 20+ years of experience in the training and development industry driving customer adoption and engagement.  She is a recognized expert in the business of learning and has led award-winning training programs for Hitachi, ADP, HP, and SAP Concur.

A champion for diversity, inclusion, and equity in the workplace, Tracy has served as a board member for the Hitachi Vantara Office of Diversity and Inclusion and as the executive sponsor for the Women of Hitachi employee resource group which helps women connect and succeed in the workplace.  She was recently named one of the top 50 Women of Impact for 2023 by the Women Impact Tech organization.

Tracy holds a Master’s Degree in Education and Human Development with an emphasis on Educational Technology Leadership from The George Washington University.
